Appearance: Seijuro is physically gifted: he is very tall considering his age, with a little more than 1,80m (if the doctors are correct, he'll measure more than two meters when he becomes an adult). He has also the possibility of becoming physically strong if he manages to grow well. He has black eyes that turn completely white when he activates the Eyes of Fortune & Misfortune. His hair is long and black, usually decorated with jade beads. He usually wears long, white clothes.

Personality: Seijuro is a young, friendly and well-natured kid. He's a very energetic kid that usually needs to do a lot of exercise and activities to finally settle down and relax. People at times might think he's strange, but that's only because he usually can see what people can't. He believes in honor and righteousness and will more than often try really hard to do the correct thing and make the correct decisions. However, considering that he's still young, this might change in the future. He loves playing the zither.
History: Seijuro is the son of Toahiro Okano and grandchildren of Asuka Okano, the leader of the clan and a retired shinobi with great knowledge. Seijuro is her favorite grandchildren and this naturally made others in the clan jealous. Toahiro had different rivals inside the clan, but never actually took them on, rather dedicating himself to his son, his training as a ninja and to his wife, a woman called Mitsuko Sagara who was brought into the family when they became married.
Seijuro grew up like a normal kid, until Toahiro died, victim of a degenerative disease. Before dying, Toahiro trusted Seijuro to his mother and to his brother, Ryusuke Okano, who was once his rival. Ryusuke swore to raise Seijuro and make him a great man, allowing Toahiro to die in peace. Seijuro was only six when this happened and manifested for the first time the Eyes of Fortune and Misfortune.
Because he manifested this trait while being very young, Ryusuke and Mitsuko acted quickly, starting his training while he was still young. They started building a foundation for this training, teaching the basics of chakra control and hoping that, in the future, he'll be able to expand it and master the other aspects of the ninja training, like Ninjutsu, Taijutsu, Genjutsu, etc. At the same time, he was brought into the family business in order to understand the responsibilities of the family with the village.
When he became old enough, Seijuro joined the academy. At times, people think he's strange because of his ability to see things that people can't, but that doesn't keep him from making friends. List of Jutsu: - Quote :

Description: When activated, this Dojutsu allows the user to see the chakra of people connected to Purgatory and the Waking World. The user can't see their features, just a stickman out of Chakra. They also can't directly address them, you get feelings about what they want to do with sparse words. This also allow them to see normally in dim light and see the different spirits of the world. They can't tell a human spirit from a natural one.

Description: This technique requires the Eye of Fortune & Misfortune. With it, the user can synchronize with chakra with a willing spirit. Different spirits can give different advantages to the user: some might increase momentarily his chakra while others might empower a particular aspect of the Ninja (like making him better at Taijutsu for a while) or even give him access to information (for example, the spirit of a castle giving to the user an understanding of its architecture). Not all spirits are tame and willing, however, making this Jutsu potentially dangerous if the user uses it recklessly.
