Jutsu Creation Template and Rules

Jutsu Creation Rules: First and foremost the Jutsu section will require everyone who wants to have an approved set of Jutsu to follow the rules and the template provided. Canon Jutsu is fine so long as the appropriate rank and descriptions have been listed. When creating Jutsu, all jutsu needs to be within the appropriate elements of your character. Secondly, if they are affiliated with a clan then they need to coincide with the clans blood-trait.

There is a limit to the number of Jutsu each character can have based on rank. A character can learn more jutsu by ranking up, or by other means provided in the game. Every rank has a starting set amount however.


   Genin - Four Jutsu
   Chunin - Add four more
   Jounin - Add four more
   Kage - Add four more



These are just the starting amounts, and may change over time. For example if you are awarded a fifth Jutsu slot as a Genin, when you rank up to Chunin, you will then have nine Jutsu slots. Below is the Jutsu Creation Template as well as a detailed outline.

Name: The name of your Jutsu.

Rank: S, A, B, C, D. Genin are allowed three C rank Jutsu. The rest must be D rank. A genin may have a B Jutsu as well, but is then limited to 1 C Rank Jutsu, the rest being D rank. Chunin are allowed B rank jutsu as well as three-four A rank Jutsu depending on Jutsu slots. Jounin are allowed A rank Jutsu and two-three S rank Jutsu based on slots. Kage level are allowed four-five S rank Jutsu based on slots. I like to use narutopedia to help me judge what rank my jutsu should be and if its appropriate for my character level.

Element: What element does this Jutsu utilize? If Jutsu does not utilize an element put NA.

Clan: Is this a clan-specific Jutsu? If so post a link to the clan.

Description: Please be as detailed as possible when describing your Jutsu. What are the effects? What does it take to use this Jutsu? What is the range of the Jutsu? Does it effect the environment? This section needs to be four-five sentences long. Mods may ask for more information to be listed before approving as well.
