"This festival has finally come to an end. This tournament was to show that we could fight with respect and not have hard feelings. This is the start of a new era, an Era of peace. We have all lost friends and family from the war and while their may still be lingering feelings, time will heal and those feelings will disappear. With the tournament of genin it shows that our future is bright with talent and hope. Today we recognize Aimi Kurama as fourth place" The crowd claps "Hiryu Takahashi as third place" the crowd applauds "Kotetsu Sakkaku in second place" the crowd cheers "And in first place we have Akuma Shinbioto" The crowd erupts and gets on their feet.
"Today the festival ends but I look forward to see how all of the Genin will grow"

1st place: another C rank jutsu slot (can add another jutsu but can not change ones that are already approved)
2nd place: another D rank jutsu slot (can add another jutsu but can not change ones that are already approved)
3rd place: another speciality (can not change jutsus)
4th place: a new element (so in total has 2 elements and may swap 1 jutsu to the new element)
