Description:  Currently Inactive, as Saneda has not been placed into any traumatic experience that would have activated his Sharingan, though when activated, it will have the following abilities.  Saneda can copy and C or D rank jutsu performed in front of or against him, as long as they are his element and not a clan jutsu.  If the Jutsu is not of his element, or is of a B-rank or higher, he is able to store and analyze the technique for later training purposes so long as it is not a clan jutsu. He can only save one Technique per thread, which will then be memorized

Description:  This jutsu allows the user to extend the flame from their hand to any weapon or item they may be holding. This creates a surrounding layer of flame around the object, but the object is unharmed. This can only extend to a length of 3 feet maximum, or the length of a medium sized sword.

At C rank you can use 1 great fireball, or choose to shoot several smaller sized fireballs.

For the bolded part: If it's jutsu you are capable of learning/understanding you can memorize it for later training purposes, but for instance you may not copy/memorize shadow imitation technique because it's a secret ninjutsu. Bloodline abilities are unable to be copied as well. For the last sentence just say he can memorize one technique per thread to memorize and perform if capable.

Might as well toss this question out before we finalize anything. If I were to have a Toad Summoning Contract for Saneda, if I replaced the Fire Dragon technique (C-Rank), would that be able to be replaced with a Toad around the size of Shippuden Gamakichi for Cooperation Techniques?

What do you mean Cooperation techniques?

Toad Oil + Great Fireball = A much more effective technique than a simple fireball, for a basic example

Give us a sec, working it out.

So, You can have a summon, but it will count as a B rank jutsu, the summon gets one action per post it is out and can be summoned for 2 of your posts. The summon will also have 2 slots for attacks/jutsus/ whatever. They will need to be approved as well on the misc page. The combination of toad oil+great fireball makes it stronger by one rank meaning if your fireball is "C rank" alone then it becomes a "B rank". Fair?

Approved Please be aware that there will be an update coming shortly regarding sharingan. We will have one sharingan jutsu format/wording that everyone will copy paste for their sharingan soon.
