Ko'Oni Kaguya V.S. Suzuka Nara [Complete]

Hello @Kotetsu Sakkaku! I will be your opponent. We each have 7 posts. I will post first later this evening. You will then have 24 hours to respond. The judges will choose a winner.

Appearance: A black kimono, black hair, green eyes, pale skin. She holds a mysterious umbrella.

The referee looks at you both, "You may begin!" He dashes back.

The young kunoichi wastes no time as she throws her umbrella up into the air. It opens up and begins floating high above the ground near you.

Hoping that would distract your attentions away from her she now uses "Shadow Imitation Technique!" Her shadow extends outward toward you now.

Ko'Oni's blood boiled with the anticipation of battle. For his Clan believed battle is the most magnificent competition in which a human being can indulge. It brings out all that is best; it removes all that is base. All men are afraid in battle. The coward is the one who lets his fear overcome his sense of duty. Duty is the essence of manhood. So upon the orders of the proctor, the genin charged headlong while throwing a Kunai at the left thigh of Suzuka. Although after throwing the weapon, his attention was drawn upwards at the floating parasol umbrella. Which in turn left him open to the shadow imitation technique.

Suzuka can't move from her position while channeling her shadow technique. She bites down and takes a direct hit at her thigh from the kunai.

The umbrella gives off a shadow on the ground, which helps Suzuka guide her shadow technique toward the distracted Ko'Oni.

She smirks ~I hope taking that kunai was worth it.~

Hearing the thud, the kunai made when striking the konuichi, snapped Ko'Oni back into focus of his opponent instead of the umbrella. Although by the time he lowered his head with a grin from bringing first blood, it was to late. By now the shadows have intertwined and the cloud genin's movements came to an abrupt halt. What the.. He questioned himself as he struggled momentarily to break free. Ko's eyes were darting around as if to see any strings attached to him, but that is when he seen the unusal shadow. How can our shadows be facing separate ways and connected? His head began to hurt, This is no time to contemplate.The boy thought since, a good plan violently executed now is better than a perfect plan executed next week. So even though his body was hampered of moving, Ko'Oni began to knead the chakara in his body and producing water in his mouth. Once done he used the Heavenly Weeping technique to shape the water in his mouth as two senbon and expel them at a high velocity. One was aimed high at the chest, hoping to puncture a lung while the other was aimed at her throat.

Suzuka ducks and weaves around trying to dodge the water jutsu. Ko'Oni mimics her movements because their shadows are now intertwined. She manages to dodge the one aimed at her throat, but is struck by the other in the shoulder before it evaporates.

"I believe this belongs to you."

Using this opportunity she takes the kunai out of her leg and throws it back at Ko'Oni attempting to strike him in chest.

Damn it.. Ko thought since he hoped the jutsu would cause her to release the grip. Although he wasn't to upset seeing as her only response was to send the Kunai towards his chest. The young genin still forced to mimick his opponents movements find it a big nuisance yet it didn't fully restrict his abilities. "Do you think that is enough to stop me?" The Kaguyan mocked as his eyes flashed with a murderous intent of bloodlust. Ko'Oni, now channeling chakara into his rib bones, protruded a downward angled spike from the chest. Which in turn deflected the kunai upwards, and just enough to miss him. Except for inflicting a small gash right where his left shoulder and neck meet as well as cutting a lock of his hair. "Death looms on the horizon for most, but as for my Clan.." Feeling the warm blood trickle down the left side of his neck caused him to briefly pause, "Death borders upon our birth, and our cradle stands in the grave. So what makes you think I will allow you to kill me so easily."

"Kill you?!" She gasps

~I can't hold it any longer...tch!~ She releases her jutsu on Ko'Oni.

Just when the jutsu releases she reaches into her pouch and pulls out two kunai with her middle and index finger. She throws them in an uppercut fashion releasing one aimed at Ko'Oni. The other kunai is thrown high above them striking the umbrella in the sky.

The umbrella is activated after being struck by the kunai, and shoots out a volley of senbon below around Ko'Oni.

"A present from me to you." She chuckles

The Kaguyan felt himself regain control of his body as the opponent dropped her jutsu. He was just about to charge forward when he observed Suzuka, simultaneously launch a kunai at him and one at the umbrella above. Which in turn caused a flurry of senbon to be sprayed from the parasol. With little time to react, the young genin spun full circle. In one fluent motion, Ko'Oni, gripped the spike sticking from his chest and used Bone Manipulation to use it and create a bone kunai that was then thrown at the oncoming one. He then reached in his Ninja pouch and launched a Kunai and explosive tag towards the parasol. The result of this quick acting caused the bone Kunai to deflect the oncoming one while the explosive tag exploded about half way between the umbrella and himself. Which in turn caused a gap in the shower of senbon. Although most missed, one of the senbon slipped by the explosion and pierced him in the left arm.

Running low on tricks and gimmicks, Suzuka resorts to a different strategy.

"Shadow Clone Jutsu!" 2 clones pop up beside her. Each of them take out a shuriken and throw them at Ko'Oni.

The one in the middle forms a tiger seal, "Shadow Shuriken Technique!"

The 3 shuriken flying toward Ko'Oni now multiply in 9.

~Let's see how he handles that!~

Kotetsu was amazed at the talent the girl had yet he didn't let that affect his own abilities. He swiftly kneaded chakara inside his body while producing water in his mouth. The young boy once again performed the Heavenly Weeping technique and spat two senbon at the oncoming shuriken. He was lucky and took down three of them, since one the deflected shurikens took out another, although still troubled with six. .So in response he removed his Tentai Ryūsei and began to spin a section of the weighted end. This would in turn block all but one weapon, that lodged into his upper right chest. After momentarily wincing from the pain of the shuriken, Ko'Oni began to weave a set of handsigns before whispering, "Let's end this." A heavy mist/fog began to accumulate around the area from the mist shinobi using Hiding in Mist Technique. Both the shinobi and konuichi's vision became limited to about 5-10 feet.

Suzuka and her 2 clones get back to back in the mist and being to slowly make their way out of the mist. They begin walking to try and find a way out, but at the same time they are on guard to protect against Ko'Oni if he opens up on them. She is being extra careful here since she is unable to see very will within the fog. ~If I can get out of this mist I may have a chance to take him with my shadow technique~

As the mist engulfed both him and the konuichi, Ko'Oni closed his eyes. His chakara began radiating through out his body, and activate his sensory jutsu. The Enhanced Seismic  Sense technique allowed him to technically see with no vision. Using the vibrations and disturbance of ambient noises, when the three opponents got back to back, Ko was able to sense their exact location while remaining shrouded in the mist. After momentarily plotting what to do, the young genin had an idea and took action. His plan was to use guerilla warfare and take advantage of the situation. So in turn, the genin began to rapidly circle the konuichi's. On one of the passes, Ko'Oni launches two shuriken at each of the opponents. The shuriken are each headed face to face with each clone. After throwing the Ninja tools, the boy then uses the weighted end of his chain in an attempt to wrap around all of the group at once, while hoping the initial shuriken was enough to distract them. Ko kept the bladed part of his weapon in the right hand and ready to close in for a strike if successful.

Suzuka and her clones are on the defensive when they suddenly see a figure circling them rapidly. They can each only see 5-10ft infront of their faces. Out of nowhere each clone has 2 shuriken approaching them. They maneuver and evade out of the way, but fail to realize the chain as it surrounds the trio. They are pinned together and trapped tightly within the chain. ~Dammit, he got me...if he comes close I'll try to bind him using my Shadow Imitation Technique!

At the moment the chain caught the trio, Ko'Oni knew. Mainly because of his jutsu, and once snapping the chain to tighten, it did so instead of simply pull with ease. "It's over." The boys voice echoed throughout the mist. By now his chakara reserves were getting rather low and the pain from the previous hits taken were increasing. So he knew the battle needed to be brought to an end, or it could easily get worse.

His left hand kept hold of the chain as he darted close, in order to keep the trio bound. While his right hand wielded the blade of the weapon as a dagger. Once close, Ko'Oni leaped into the air over the trio. As he came down, he once again performed the Heavenly Weeping and sent a shower of senbon down at the three. He followed it up by bringing the blade down in a dagger slash. It was a wide arced diagonal slash that went from Ko'Oni's top right shoulder to the bottom left

The water senbon strike the trio from overhead, resulting in two of the clones dispersing. Suzuka herself is struck in the shoulder. The chains loosen after they poof, giving Suzuka room to move around. She weaves seals for her Shadow Imitation Technique, and extends her shadow into Ko'Oni.

When he leaped in the air you could see his shadow still on the ground. She had binded her shadow with his, successfully paralyzing his movement while midair.

He falls foward on the ground, unable to move. Suzuka can feel victory nearing, but she is panting heavily now. Her shoulder begins to bleed, as a result of the senbon striking an artery ~I can't hold this jutsu any longer~

She releases her hold on Ko'Oni, falling to her knees. Seeing the kunoichi give up, the referee comes forward. "The match is over, Ko'Oni Kaguya is the winner!"
