Description: When he was taken from the orphanage by the Oni clan the first thing his new brother did as he began to train him was place weights upon him in order too improve his speed. Akuchi has two wrist bands and two ankle bands which each weight 25 pounds. He never removes these when out of battle. Upon taking them off Akuchi can use a speed bonus to make three throwing attacks total or make two weapon technique attacks. Once started Akuchi has two posts for the bous. After those two posts his body adapts to the loss of weight and he slows down again. Akuchi must spend a post putting the weights back on. Can use this once every two threads.

Description: Akuchi holds his needle head senbon point inward while hanging bladed wire between them up to 5 feet in length. While fighting an opponent Akuchi wraps the bladed wire around a body part before twisting and pulling away from the victim causing the wire to tighten around their body and severing the body part from their body cutting through C-rank defenses with ease. In order to snap the wire when it is wrapped around a body part the victim must possess more than average strength and at least some kind of defense otherwise while freeing themselves they will sever their body parts even quicker.

A D-rank that can barely be defeated, and can specifically neutralize abilities stronger than it, is really unbalanced.

I don't think that at D-rank it should be allowed to cut off limbs, that would be pretty frowned upon by anyone who trains with you. Make it a round where they have to remove the wire.

Description:It's a simple technique where two senbon, like the Needle Head Senbon, are piled one onto another and thrown simultaneously. However, depending on the way it's used, it can prove its absolute efficiency. The trick is to somehow draw the enemy's attention towards the upper senbon. Then, they have to deal with the path of the lower, unnoticed senbon. However, if the enemy notices both senbon, the technique ends up losing all of its efficiency.
