Small lines of white will flash across the eyes like lightning bolts and continually do so as long as the eye is active. In this mode the time slowing affect shows being equal too a sharigan if not better, the zoom affect is increased too x3 and the user can use their vision of electrical signals too track targets in a 360 with impulse. What do you mean "time slowing effects" like the sharingan where everything is happening at normal speed but perceive things a little slower? or are you saying that the actual world time slows? Also is the electrical signals just for flavor here and to give a foundation for higher ranks or are you able to do anything with the electrical signals? Or are you trying to be like able to see chakra pathways? Everything else seems fine but we would like everything bumped a rank up. Meaning "D rank"-->"C rank". C rank becomes B Rank, and B rank into A rank. | |

| The seeing of electrical signals allows one too see the nervous system, and yes time slowing affects like the sharigan. | |
