History: Kira grew up with her mother. in the leaf village hearing stories for her father a great shinobi fighting in the ninja war. she was envious and wanted to be just like her father so she trained in the art of ninjutsu. once she started training they quickly found that she could do ice release jutsu. She continued to train and get better up until she graduated from the academy.
